HISA MAMA is a shared patient-clinician digital platform tracking pregnancy from conception to six weeks postpartum. It digitises antenatal visits, risk assessments, fetal monitoring, and EPDS mental health screening, with real-time red-flag alerts for obstetric emergencies and safeguarding concerns. The system supports patient mobile self-service and HL7 FHIR R4 export for national EHR interoperability.
